Who it's for
This service is designed for:
Patients who completed a Comprehensive Myofunctional Evaluation and were recommended a therapy program
Adults and children with clear, identifiable muscle or habit patterns that can be retrained
Patients willing to commit to 5–10 minutes of daily home practice over 4–9 months
How it works
What to expect.
What the program looks like
A written plan with specific exercises, frequency, and the result we are working toward. Most programs run 4–9 months. Each program is tailored to your specific pattern — there is no one-size-fits-all template.
Daily home practice
Short sessions, usually 5–10 minutes per day. Exercises are simple, evidence-based, and build progressively. We adjust difficulty and pace based on your progress at each in-person session.
In-person sessions
Periodic check-ins to confirm technique, measure progress, and adjust the program. Frequency varies — typically weekly at first, then every 2–4 weeks as the pattern becomes established.
How progress is measured
At each in-person visit we re-assess the specific muscle and habit patterns identified in your evaluation. We document change over time so you can see progress and we can adjust the plan as needed.

Common questions about customized exercise programs
- How long does a typical program take?
- Most programs run 4–9 months. Some shorter patterns resolve in 6–12 weeks; more complex patterns may take longer.
- How much daily practice is required?
- Usually 5–10 minutes per day. The exercises are short by design — small, frequent practice beats long, occasional sessions.
- Can my child do this program?
- Yes — most programs are well-suited to children ages 5 and up. Younger children often do well with parent-led practice. We adapt the program to the child.
- What happens if I miss a week of practice?
- Missing a week is rarely a setback — the muscle memory persists. We may adjust the pace at your next in-person session. The bigger risk is stopping entirely; we will help you restart if needed.
