What our practice offers today:
- • Insurance is not billed directly. We provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
- • HSA / FSA cards are accepted (verify with your plan).
- • Credit card is required at the time of booking. 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
